Not Eligible for Refund:

- Returns made without prior approval from our support team.
Refund process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

- Refunds typically take 10–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our mistake.
