Shipping & Delivery
How does shipping and delivery work?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We process orders within 1–2 business days and ship using trusted couriers. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@meetbambino.com with your updated address. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address.
Help! My order is lost or hasn’t been delivered.
Please check your tracking link first. If there’s no update for 7 business days, reach out to our support team, and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Do I need to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may have already entered processing.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! You can ship your order directly to the recipient and include a personalized gift note. Simply email us with the recipient’s name and the message you’d like to include, and we’ll make sure it’s added to your package.
How do I use a discount code?
You don’t need to do anything - eligible discount codes are applied automatically at checkout. If your order qualifies, you’ll see the discount reflected in your total before completing payment.

5. The Hook-On Chair
Can the Hook-On Chair attach to a round or irregular shaped table?
The Hook-On Chair can be used with some round or irregular-shaped tables, as long as it is installed securely and the table meets the safety requirements outlined in our manual. Specifically, the table surface must be between 0.8 to 2.95 inches thick, stable, and free of features that could interfere with a safe connection - like glass, single pedestal bases, or loose tops. While it may not be compatible with all uniquely shaped tables, many round tables work well as long as the arms can clamp on evenly and securely.
Does it come with a tray?
Yes! Every Hook-On Chair includes a BPA and PFAS free silicone tray. It fits snugly to close the gap between your little one and the table, minimizing spills and mess.
Does the Hook-On Chair recline or adjust in height?
No, the Hook-On Chair does not recline or adjust in height. It’s designed to provide a secure, upright seating position that attaches directly to your table for easy mealtime access.
How do I clean the Hook-On Chair?
Easily remove little (and big!) messes from the wipeable fabric or remove the seat cover for a deeper clean. The fabric seat is machine washable - just remove the arms, aluminum frame, and plastic seat board before washing.
Machine wash on cold using a gentle detergent. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean. Dry thoroughly before re-use or storage.
Avoid direct heat and sunlight.
How do I know if my table is sturdy enough?
Before each use, it’s important to check that your table is stable and secure. The Hook-On Chair should only be used with solid, non-glass tables that are 0.8 to 2.95 inches thick and do not flex, shift, or wobble under pressure. Gently push on the edge of your table before installing the chair – if the surface moves, bends, or feels unstable, it’s not safe for use.
The Hook-On Chair should never be used on: Glass tables, Pedestal or card tables, Loose tabletops, table leaves and tables with; tablecloths, placemats, or decorative skirts that prevent proper attachment
Always double-check that the table remains secure after attaching the chair and seating your child.
How do you remove the Tray?
Removing the tray is easy! Just gently pull it away from the chair arms - it simply pops off. The tray clicks into place when attached and a gentle tug will release it smoothly and safely.

Is it safe to use for daily meals, or is it just for travel?

Is the Hook-On Chair compatible with kitchen islands or breakfast bars?
The Hook-On Chair should not be used on any surface where a child can push off with their feet - including many kitchen islands. If the child’s feet can reach the base of the island, nearby cabinetry, or stool legs, it could pose a tipping hazard. Always check that the surface is compatible in both thickness (0.8 to 2.95 inches) and stability, and make sure there are no nearby structures the child could use to push off.

Absolutely! The Hook-On Chair is lightweight, compact, and folds flat for easy storage. It includes a carry bag, making it ideal for travel, restaurants, and small space living.
